Lawyer Ugo Dinacci obtained a master's degree at the University of Roma Tre, with 110 cum laude, discussing a thesis in criminal law entitled "Riciclaggio e autoriciclaggio in un prospettiva comparatistica" (Speaker Prof. M. Trapani).
During the course of his studies, he had numerous academic experiences abroad, including his thesis research at the Pontifical Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia.
In 2017, he worked as a trainee at the European Parliament, following the work of the Legal Affairs Committee, the Transport and Tourism Committee and the Committee of Inquiry into money laundering, tax avoidance and tax evasion.
He is currently PhD student in law and criminal procedure at the University of Rome "La Sapienza".
